All basic requirements met - air con is adjustable and cool, WiFi speed is decent, room appears newly renovated, clean and quiet from road noise. Loved the Japanese bidet seat in toilet (every hotel should install one). Hot shower has good pressure but not centralised heating. No disposable slippers provided (hotel provided reusable rubber slippers) so bring your own if you are concerned about hygiene like me.

Stayed here for 2N and was very impressed with the high quality of the hotel despite only 3 stars. Arrived 12pm on a weekend and was able to check in already. Carpark is very limited.. Only had slots for 4 vehicles. Recommend arriving early then leave your car in the hotel and take tuk tuk or grab. Rooms are very clean.. Spacious and comfy. The air cond is cooling and can't really hear road traffic noise despite the low 3rd floor. Beds are japanese style mattress.. Quite hard. All Thai hotels seem to have hard beds. Service is good at the front desk with their staff always smiling when we enter and leave. The shower water pressure is strong snf the water is hot... Very impressed. Can rival some 4 and 5 star hotels. Best of all is the 2nd floor open lobby with free flow coffee.. Tea and plates, cutlery for you to buy food from the Lee garden night market to bring back and eat in peace at the hotel. Will definitely stay again.

Location: 10/10, walkable to kim yong market, odean and lee garden. Room: bed was hard but we slept well. I think the sheets are changed as can smell the faint laundry detergent. Ceiling corner has some moulding, wall beside sink is dirty, some maintenance job to upkeep the rooms would be good. It black out on 2 nights out of 4 nights. It was for a brief one and happened in the wee hours, around 4-6 am. Breakfast: porridge and toast. Good enough for us! Service: housekeeping did a great job! But front counter staff seems to be busy. Doent ack our presence whenever we passed by. Nonetheless, when being approached, they assisted our queries.

A small hotel without a lobby, just a small check-in/out counter and limited in-hotel parking for 5 cars. It surprises with a large double room with a big screen TV, small fridge and a long dressing table. Huge modern bathroom with a Toto bidet toilet. Room very clean. Bed very comfy. Free breakfast of Coffee , tea, milo, toast, Eggs and porridge. Coffee bar 10-4 free. Near markets, malls and eateries. Recommended.

Strategic location for this hotel, around 6mins walking distance to Kim Yong Market and quite nearby Lee Garden. Excellent service for the staff, they even allowed us to place our luggage before check-in. They provided public mini lounge area at 1st floor which offers free flow of snacks and simple breakfast, facing street of main road to enjoyed it. Our room was clean and given quite large rooms, toiletries was fully provided. The only disappointed thing might be soundproof was not strong enough that you might hear noises from next room. Overall i was satisfied this stay and will make my next visit =)
